When you submit a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle year/make/model, the service you need, your insurance carrier (optional), and any details you add. We ask for this so we can price your glass and call you back. Nothing on this site requires payment information, and we never ask for it online.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our host records standard technical data with each visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people use, in aggregate. Google sets cookies to do this. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
• Embedded map. Our contact and home pages embed a Google Map. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when that map loads.
• Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address to serve the file.

We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels on this site today. If that changes, we will update this page.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request — by phone, text, or email.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request, if you gave us an email address.
• To schedule and complete your glass repair or replacement, including working with your insurance carrier when you ask us to.

Phone calls and text messages

By submitting the quote form you agree that we may contact you at the number you provided, including by text, about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or tell whoever calls you that you’d rather not be contacted again. Calls to or from the shop may be recorded or monitored for quality and training.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share only what is needed to do the work you asked for:

• Your insurance carrier or their glass administrator, when you ask us to bill a claim.
• Glass suppliers, to order the correct part for your vehicle.
• Service providers who run this site for us — our web host and our email provider — who may process the data only on our instructions.
• Other Rusty Drewing Automotive Group businesses, such as the Collision Center, when your repair involves them.
• Law enforcement or others, if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are emailed to our team and stored in this website’s admin area so a lead never gets lost. We keep them as long as they’re useful for servicing your vehicle and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time — see below.

How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the website’s admin area is limited to staff who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect what you give us.

Your choices

• Ask what we have, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us with the name and phone number you used, and we’ll take care of it.
• Stop hearing from us. Tell us by phone or email; we don’t run marketing email lists from this site.
